With more than two decades of experience in leadership, training, and community engagement, she has built a career on empowering others to succeed not only through their skills but through their presence.

Sonietta’s journey spans diverse fields including sales, communications, education, and organizational leadership. She has led teams, designed training programs, and mentored individuals of all ages. What makes her work unique is her ability to connect across generations—teaching children the basics of respect, guiding teens into adulthood with confidence, and helping professionals refine their executive presence.

Her passion for etiquette stems from her belief that professionalism and courtesy are not about rigid rules but about empowerment. Through Perfectly Poised Etiquette, Sonietta offers programs in business etiquette, dining mastery, tea traditions, and social confidence—each designed to elevate clients beyond knowledge into presence and influence.
